What data we process
Only what you give us voluntarily in the contact form, or when you write to us by email or WhatsApp:
- First name and surname.
- Email address and telephone number.
- The language you were reading the site in, so we reply in it. We do not ask you: it is taken from the page.

- The vessel's name or model and, if you write to us about management or charter, its length.
- The plan or service you are interested in, if you tell us.

Technical browsing data
The server hosting the site records, in its activity logs, the IP address each request comes from together with technical data such as the date, the page requested and the browser used. These logs are used to maintain the security and operation of the service, and are not used for profiling or advertising.
We do not ask for special category data (health, beliefs, biometrics or others). Please do not include any in your message.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, prepare a service proposal and keep up the communication with you that the enquiry requires.
We do not use your data to send you advertising, we do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form before sending it (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and on taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, when you ask for a proposal (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The server's technical logging is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who has access to your data
The providers of our web hosting and email services, who act as processors and only on our instructions.
There are no other disclosures to third parties, except where required by law.
If answering your enquiry requires contacting an external professional — a workshop, a technician or a shipyard — this is done only with your prior authorisation, and sharing only the data essential to the work in question.
No international data transfers outside the European Economic Area take place.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry leads to a service relationship, we keep your data for as long as that relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the applicable legal and tax limitation periods.
If no service is taken out, we keep the enquiry for a maximum of one year from the last contact, and then delete it.
Any photographs you send us are part of that enquiry: they are in the email that carries it, and are deleted with it.
Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access the data we process about you.
- Have it rectified if it is inaccurate.
- Request its erasure.
- Object to the processing, or request that it be restricted.
- Request the portability of the data you have given us.
- Withdraw the consent you gave, without this affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
How to exercise them
Write to us at the email address given above, stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity before acting on the request.
Complaints
If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es). We would be grateful if you told us first, so that we can try to resolve it.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The site is served encrypted over HTTPS, and access to the messages received is restricted to the people who need to handle them in order to answer your enquiry.
Minors
This site is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the regulations change, or when the way we process data changes. The date shown at the top indicates the version in force.
