A simple process that keeps you in control of your boat from anywhere.

Request
You tell us the port, model, length, engine type, how much time you spend away from Mallorca and the level of service you are looking for.

Initial inspection
We visit the boat, check access and general condition, and confirm that the chosen plan is the right one. If there are risks or repairs needed beforehand, we tell you before the service starts.

Contract and boat file
We agree the frequency, check points, authorised people, key handling, emergency contact and spending limits. We create the boat's file and history.

Scheduled visits
We follow the checklist for your plan. Technical checks are only carried out when they are authorised and appropriate for the boat's installation and situation.

Boat Report
After every visit you receive the overall status, the checks carried out, photographs, observations and recommendations.

Issues and coordination
If we find an issue, we tell you. We do not commission any spending without authorisation, unless an emergency limit has been agreed in advance. If you ask us to, we coordinate the right professional and follow the work through.
