Purpose of the site
This site is informational. It presents the boat guardianage and maintenance coordination services we provide in Mallorca, publishes their prices and allows you to request information or a proposal.
It is not a shop or a booking platform: nothing is contracted, reserved or paid for through the site. Any engagement is formalised away from the website, in writing and following acceptance of a proposal.
Scope of the service
The service consists of the periodic supervision of the vessel, documenting its condition by means of reports, and coordinating the professionals who carry out the work.
We are not a workshop, a mechanic, an electrician or a shipyard. Technical work is carried out by specialist third parties whose involvement we coordinate. The costs of those third parties are not included in the fees and require the owner's prior approval.
A visual inspection does not guarantee the absence of hidden faults and does not replace a technical inspection, a survey, or the checks that fall to the manufacturer or the insurer.
The service does not include emergency attendance or permanent availability. Visits and communications take place within the agreed service hours.
Terms of use
Users undertake to use the site in accordance with the law, with this legal notice and in good faith, and not to use it for unlawful purposes, to damage the system, or to introduce content that could harm third parties.
The contact form is to be used for genuine requests for information. Sending unsolicited commercial communications or automated content through the form is prohibited.
Intellectual and industrial property
The text, images, trade marks, logos, design and code of this site belong to the provider or are used with the authorisation of their owners.
Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express written authorisation is prohibited, other than the uses permitted by intellectual property legislation.
